The Erie County Gaming Revenue Authority’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce another round of funding. The Board recently released Guidelines & an Application for regional asset funding: Community Assets. For 2011, the Board defines a Community Asset as a nonprofit or dedicated program whose primary mission is arts, culture and attendance-based entertainment.

Join ArtsErie, Erie Yesterday and Perry Wood from ECGRA to learn about the application and review process for the Communty Asset Fund.

ECGRA Executive Director Perry Wood will present program details and goals, and answer questions pertaining to the Community Asset application and review process. Following Mr. Wood’s presentation, attendees will work with representatives from ArtsErie and Erie Yesterday to discuss how to complete the application process.

This workshop is being offered in conjunction with Erie Yesterday and ArtsErie.

The Pennsylvania Council on the Arts wants to hear from you - artists, arts organizations, community and cultural leaders, and interested members of the public. The PCA is updating the agency's long range strategic plan and will be conducting meetings throughout the state starting in late September, including a meeting in Erie on September 22. This planning session will discuss the road ahead for the arts in PA.
