Timeline

The year-long, countywide cultural planning process kicked off in May 2009, and will include focus groups and key interviews, a market and audience study, comparable communities research, forums and public meetings, task forces and community surveys, overseen by the independent Steering Committee. The final plan will incorporate our vision, goals, strategies, expected outcomes, proposed implementation responsibilities and timelines, and a process to review implementation progress.

It is our intent that the dialogue that is developed through the planning process be maintained in the future and support the implementation of the plan.
