Funding
Each year ArtsErie distributes thousands of dollars in grants to artists and member organizations throughout the region. For example, in our 2007-2008 fiscal year, ArtsErie distributed over half a million dollars in grants.
These grants take the form of ArtsErie grants, which are made possible through the Erie Arts Endowment and the ArtsErie United Fund, as well as grants from the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts, known as PPA grants. Eligibility and application requirements vary. But, each year, ArtsErie provides free workshops to our members to educate them about funding opportunities and to answer questions about the process. In 2009, for example, ArtsErie held workshops in Erie, Meadville and Warren to explain the PPA grant process.

ArtsErie Grants
ArtsErie Project and Program grants are due 8/13/2010.
PPA Grants
The new funding time period is 9/1/2010 - 8/31/2011.
Program Stream applications are due 2/26/2010.
Project Stream applications are due 6/18/2010.
