Funding
Each year ArtsErie distributes thousands of dollars in grants to artists and member organizations throughout the region. For example, in our 2010-2011 fiscal year, ArtsErie distributed nearly $175,000 in grants.
These grants take the form of ArtsErie grants, which are made possible through the Erie Arts Endowment and the ArtsErie United Fund, as well as grants from a state program known as the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PPA). Eligibility and application requirements vary. Each year, ArtsErie provides free workshops to our members to educate them about funding opportunities and to answer questions about the process.
Current grant opportunities include:
- Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts Project Stream (PPA Project) deadline June 28, 2013
- ArtsErie Project (Erie County only) - deadline August 15, 2013.
